In our frenzied world, we need to be reminded of the importance of keeping our sense of humor (yes, it’s okay to laugh!) as well as the benefits of a positive attitude and the importance of managing our stress and taking care of our health. This presentation also addresses:

- Learning to simply “let it go!”
